About

Our mission: clarifying complex hardware decisions

Finding the right autonomous robot or electric machinery can be overwhelming amidst conflicting marketing claims. SpecsLib was built to bring deterministic clarity.

Independence

SpecsLib is a 100% independent platform. We accept no brand sponsorships, paid ranking boosts, or preferential product reviews. Our scores and buying advice are strictly deterministic.

Data Collection & Engineering Rigor

Technical specifications are manually extracted from official workshop manuals, OEM engineering datasheets, teardown reports, and long-term field feedback to detect real-world wear and firmware regressions.

Founder & Team

SpecsLib was founded by Mathieu Belletre, an engineer and hardware analyst passionate about robotics and mechatronics. Frustrated by biased affiliate portals and opaque constructor specs, he engineered a verification engine grounded exclusively in factual hardware metrics.

Business model

Editorial independence is absolute: no brand pays for placements or alters scores. SpecsLib sustains its research via transparent affiliate links without influencing any buying recommendation.
