Edge cutting
No mower cuts to zero: the blade sits inside the chassis, so a strip survives along walls and around trunks. Makers shrink it by extending the deck, hugging the boundary more closely or adding a side trimmer. The number to compare is the distance in centimetres, and it holds mainly on a straight edge: corners and curves make it worse.
