Across a test running several weeks, game2gether confirms mapping without an antenna, including more than 25 metres from the base, and a very even cut inside the zones. On 130 m2, mowing in lines held on a single charge in about 2 h 30; in a cross pattern, a recharge only became necessary after about 2 h 45. On small lawns the system deliberately caps charging at 80%.
Two reservations from the same tester. Grass strips under 50 cm wide are sometimes left out of the mowing zone, and visible strips stay along boundaries, above all in sharp corners, with a setting that used to improve this gone from one firmware version to the next. The coarse-tread wheels mark soft ground when manoeuvring.

Obstacle detection convinces the only two independent tests found for this LiDAR-free, RTK-free variant (triple AI camera only): a bucket, a clothes drying rack and a person detected without collision over several weeks and roughly 100 hours of operation per game2gether.de (Germany, Alex, unit loaned by Mammotion, with no manufacturer influence on the writeup per its own disclosure), who calls it balanced, neither overly cautious nor permissive; two trees and the elements of a play structure perfectly identified during a first mow per vonguru.fr (France/Belgium, Alexandre Cordier, a 6-page article). This variant has no LiDAR, unlike the YUKA mini 2 1000H (360° LiDAR, high cut, sold in the US): vonguru actually recommends that LiDAR variant if you're unsure about Wi-Fi or 4G signal quality at home. Operation is judged very quiet by both, with no independent decibel measurement (the spec sheet's 57 dB is Mammotion's own figure). Edge cutting, though, remains the shared weak point: game2gether measures visible residual strips, especially at sharp corners and along straight borders, not helped by the removal of a firmware option that used to assist here; vonguru notes a strimmer is still needed, as with most robot mowers in his experience. Both suggest the offset cutting disc on the Mammotion LUBA mini 2 AWD 1000 as a potential Mammotion improvement. The built-in 4G module, free for three years per Mammotion, is repeated by both articles in their descriptive sections rather than tested on the ground: game2gether simply quotes the manufacturer's spec sheet, and vonguru explicitly notes never having tested 4G network quality on this unit, with his positive 4G experience coming from a different model, the YUKA 1000. On runtime, game2gether finished mowing its 130 m2 (1,399 sq ft) test garden on a single charge in about 2h30 in a linear pattern, roughly 52 m2 (560 sq ft) per hour; in a cross pattern, a recharge became necessary after about 2h45, which exceeds Mammotion's claimed 120 minutes (isolated measurement, not corroborated by vonguru). At that measured rate, covering the claimed 800 m2 (8,611 sq ft) would take, by simple extrapolation, several cumulative hours of mowing before a full recharge - an order of magnitude, not a direct measurement, since neither test garden reaches that area. The 200 m2 (2,153 sq ft) per charge sometimes cited is not a measurement: it is a manufacturer figure both articles repeat in their descriptive sections, and neither verifies on the ground - game2gether's 130 m2 garden could not have tested it anyway. Neither test garden reached the claimed 800 m2 maximum area: about 130 m2 for game2gether, over several weeks of use, and 499 m2 for vonguru, during a first mow he judges very slow, needing at least one recharge partway through. game2gether also notes that grass strips narrower than about 50 cm (19.7 in) are sometimes not recognized as a separate mowing area and get skipped, and that the lugged wheels occasionally leave marks in the lawn during U-turns on soft or wet ground. Vonguru, for its part, reports that home Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough outdoors, requiring a dedicated access point to use the iNavi service and remote control.
