  • Recognition AI judged still imperfect: a dandelion mistaken for a hedgehog, dry vegetation mistaken for a garden hose, and an unsuccessful attempt to climb a freshly-made mound of earth (a configuration mistake) before giving up due to the slope
  • The robot explicitly requests chassis and wheel cleaning after 50 hours of use, with significant grass buildup on the wheels when run on wet grass

  • All-wheel drive judged powerful, with the four motors, high weight and large wheels providing plenty of traction according to the reviewer
  • Mowed roughly 110 m² (1,184 sq ft) in 33 minutes during testing thanks to its wide cutting deck, a pace judged fast
  • Cutting judged clean and even on open ground, thanks to the 40 cm double deck
  • Navigation without boundary wire, RTK antenna or a permanent network connection judged reliable throughout testing
  • Obstacle detection judged reliable once the sensitivity threshold was lowered from the 20 cm factory default to 5 cm in the app

  Faulted

  • Price judged high (over €2,000), a significant amount even for a modern boundary-wire-free robot mower according to the reviewer
  • Advertised under-3cm edge cut not upheld in practice: more than 5 cm of uncut grass remained in places along fixed borders, even with the less cautious setting enabled
  • App judged at times cluttered and poorly organised, with delayed responses and occasional temporary freezes before a command executed
  • Obstacle-detection threshold set too high by default (20 cm), letting small objects get close to the deck until manually lowered
  • A narrow passage behind a bush, reachable during mapping, was left unmown in normal use because the robot judged it too narrow (minimum required passage about 60 cm)

  • Reliability judged strong over several weeks of testing, with very little intervention needed
  • Obstacle detection judged reliable on open ground: balls and small objects reliably detected and avoided, with encountered obstacles shown in the app
  • AWD traction judged decisive on their roughly 1,000 m² (10,764 sq ft) uneven, hilly test property

  Faulted

  • The robot often spins on the spot dragging the inner rear wheel along, which can leave visible marks and damage sensitive or wet turf; reviewer update: the app now offers a setting to change this turning behaviour, with no result measured yet
  • The stop button did not work on the unit tested; the reviewers note they cannot rule out a defect specific to their unit, while stressing that a fault on a safety feature should not happen
  • The UltraTrim edge mechanism does extend the deck sideways to leave only about 3 cm of uncut border as promised, but lowers the cutting height to 30 mm during edge passes, judged too low for their test lawn set at 50 mm
